Production

The Research and Development division is oriented towards constant technological improvement to guarantee reliability and safety. We develop and certify presses according to customer specifications with fast lead times.

The production processes are subjected to rigorous controls to ensure the conformity of semi-finished products and components in all departments. Our presses are made at AxA Group.

We manufacture produce special presses from 10 to 1000 tons, automatic presses, perimeter protections, tables with T-slots, presses with limit switch microswitches, presses with custom-made frames, presses for tailor-made applications.

Suppliers are certified by our Quality Control body and adopt material traceability and lean production procedures to maintain the highest levels of product and service performance. All components are Made in Italy.

All our hydraulic presses comply with current European legislation including the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and the UNI EN ISO 16092-3 2018 standard.

The after-sales service guarantees assistance to all our customers in Italy and in the world, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our staff supports dealers with continuous training both in the classroom and remotely. Spare parts are available within 24/36 hours of request.
